GENERAL EVENT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations before April 8 are subject to a 5% administration fee
Cancellations received after April 8, 2017 are subject to 50% Cancellation fee
Cancellations received after May 8, 2017 – NO REFUNDS. No refunds or discounts for no shows, late arrivals and early departures.
Excursion cancellation 50% up to April 8, 2017 After April 8, 2017 75%

• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
• Cancellations will be accepted in written format only, via fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Email info@brcmagic.com

EVENT CANCELLATION 

• The event/ seminar/ workshop/ excursion reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
• If the seminar cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
• The event/ seminar/ workshop/ excursion accepts no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation of a training event.

CHOIR POLICIES 
REHEARSAL PROMISE: You forfeit 100% of your registration fee if you do NOT go a promised rehearsal, and you will NOT be allowed to attend the event. BE CERTAIN YOU CAN DO THIS!
