Founded as a family venture by Jaime Wilch, an IT Developer, and Rubi Acevedo Hendricks, a Business Manager, our journey began with a focus on online event registration services. However, as the needs of our clients and event participants evolved, so did we. Today, we stand as a comprehensive event and conference management firm headquartered in Colorado,    With international event sites spanning Australia, Mexico, Canada, and France, Rubi's global perspective enriches our approach to event management.

With an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, our team oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, with capacities of up to 5,000 attendees. Leading our team is Rubi Acevedo Hendricks, a visionary and customer-centric event planner and operations manager. Despite the hurdles, our resilience and dedication ensured continued service delivery to our valued clients. By the close of 2020, we made strategic decisions to streamline operations, allowing us to focus on delivering unparalleled service quality to our remaining clientele.

Meanwhile, Rubi Acevedo Hendricks embarked on a transformative journey of personal and professional growth. Over the past four years, Rubi has pursued advanced studies in human development and medical information systems, culminating in a master's degree and ongoing pursuit of a Ph.D. in human behavior. Armed with profound insights into human psychology, Rubi seamlessly integrates her expertise into event management and broader endeavors.

In an exciting development, Rubi assumed leadership of the International Society of Psychobiological Medicine, aligning perfectly with her passion for human development. Tasked with expanding this innovative medical discipline in the United States, Rubi's leadership promises to transcend traditional boundaries and establish new paradigms in holistic healthcare.
